How does the partner portal work?
You get a branded portal where your team uploads weekly orders via CSV or Excel (up to ~700 at a time). RFoodX builds and ships each box, and you track every delivery live. Download a report at any time for delivery-verified billing data.
Is there a minimum volume requirement?
We work with brands at various scales. During the application process, we’ll discuss volume expectations and match you to the right program tier — whether you’re a small specialty producer or a large manufacturer.
How does pricing and payment work?
RFoodX purchases products from distribution partners at agreed wholesale pricing. Payment is tied to verified deliveries — you’re paid on confirmed order fulfillment, typically within 3 days of delivery confirmation.
Can I connect via API or SFTP instead of the portal?
Yes. Most partners start with the portal for the first 1–2 months, then upgrade to SFTP for automated inventory sync or our full API for real-time integration. RFoodX hosts the SFTP and handles credentials.
Can RFoodX manage customer support for my members?
Yes. We offer a managed customer support option where RFoodX handles delivery inquiries, status updates, and issue resolution on your behalf — so you can focus on your product and growth.
