1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RFoodX platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Authorized Use

The Service is intended solely for authorized employees, contractors, and partners of RFoodX and its affiliated healthcare organizations. You must use the Service only for legitimate business purposes related to your job duties.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with anyone. You must notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Protected Health Information (PHI)

The Service processes Protected Health Information as defined by HIPAA. You agree to access PHI only as necessary to perform your job duties and in compliance with HIPAA regulations, organizational policies, and applicable state and federal laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not: (a) access patient records without a legitimate business need; (b) share, copy, or transmit PHI outside authorized channels; (c) use the Service for personal purposes; (d) attempt to circumvent security controls; (e) share login credentials with others.

6. Monitoring and Auditing

All activity on the Service is logged and subject to audit. RFoodX reserves the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with these terms and applicable regulations.

7. Termination

Your access may be suspended or revoked at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination of your employment or contract, your access will be immediately revoked.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. RFoodX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

RFoodX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. SMS Messaging Program

RFoodX operates an SMS messaging program for member support and account communications under the program name "RFoodX Member Support".

Program description. The program sends one-to-one transactional messages to members who have opened a support ticket or enrolled with RFoodX. Messages include support acknowledgments, delivery and shipment status updates, follow-ups from staff, and confirmations of account changes. The program does not send promotional or marketing content.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Most members receive fewer than 5 messages per month. Members with active support tickets may receive additional messages related to their case.

Message and data rates. Msg & data rates may apply. Carrier message and data rates are determined by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by RFoodX.

How to opt out. You may stop receiving SMS messages from RFoodX at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send a final confirmation message and will not send further SMS to your number until you opt back in.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent. By providing your mobile number to RFoodX (during a support call, on the enrollment form, or in any other way) and agreeing to receive SMS, you consent to receive transactional text messages from RFoodX at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
