About Our Meals

What kind of meals do you provide?
We provide chef-curated, nutritionist-approved medically tailored meals. All meals are frozen, ready to heat, and made with whole, natural ingredients — no added coloring or artificial flavors.
How do I prepare the meals?
Simply microwave for about 3 minutes. Heating instructions are on each entree label.
What dietary options are available?
We offer General Wellness, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Pureed (for dysphagia), Kosher, and Halal meal plans.
Do meals contain allergens?
Some meals may contain eggs, milk, wheat, sesame, or tree nuts. Always check the nutritional panel on each package.
How should I store the meals?
Store meals in your freezer immediately upon delivery. If refrigerated, consume within 3 days. Frozen meals are good for up to 12 months.

Orders & Delivery

How much do meals cost?
If you qualify through your Medi-Cal managed care plan, meals are provided at no cost to you.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days in insulated packaging with dry ice.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change addresses after an order is placed. Please ensure your address is correct when ordering.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
No, we cannot ship to PO boxes. A residential or business address is required.
What states do you deliver to?
We currently serve Medi-Cal members across California.
Can I return meals?
Due to the nature of frozen food, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team.

Eligibility & Coverage

How do I know if I qualify?
You may qualify if you are a Medi-Cal member enrolled in a managed care plan that includes medically tailored meals as a benefit under CalAIM Community Supports.
What is CalAIM?
CalAIM (California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal) is a program that provides enhanced services to Medi-Cal members, including medically tailored meals for those with chronic health conditions.
What health conditions qualify?
Conditions include diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, kidney disease, and other chronic conditions. Contact your health plan to verify eligibility.
How do I get started?
Contact your Medi-Cal managed care plan or call us at (888) 505-6751 to check your eligibility.

I have a problem with my delivery. What should I do?
Call our support line at (888) 505-6751 and we'll help resolve the issue. Common problems like missing meals or damaged packaging can often be resolved with a replacement shipment.
