About This Plan

Our General Wellness meal plan is designed for members looking to maintain a healthy, balanced diet. Every meal is crafted by professional chefs and approved by registered dietitians, following ADA and AHA nutritional guidelines. Each plan includes both breakfast items and hearty dinner entrees — delivered frozen and ready to heat in about 3 minutes.
